The Mindray TEX20 ultrasound device enables high-precision imaging and reproducibility in the point of care area. The ZST+ zone imaging technology ensures a uniform image at a higher number of images per second. It is characterized by fast workflows, ease of use and maintenance, and compact design.

- iWorks & X-Pilot - Templates for efficient examinations and documentation by area of application
- Smart VTI - automatic positioning of the sample volume gate and automatic measurement of cardiac output, stroke volume and velocity time integral
- AutoEF Plus - automatic detection and tracking of the endocardium and calculation of EDV/ESF/EV using the Simpson method
- Auto DFR (diastolic function ratio) - automatic positioning of the sample gate and calculation of I/O and E/E'
- Smart TTQA - Speckle Tracking (or Tissue Tracking) automatically recognizes the myocardium and quantifies ventricular function based on movement
- Smart IVC - automatic detection of the inferior vena cava and automatic measurement of the diameter with progression diagram and collapsibility index
- Smart B-Line - automatic recognition and counting of B-Lines with score, and template for image labeling
- Smart Nerve - for detecting and coloring the brachial plexus (interscalene and supraclavicular) for safe nerve blocks
- iNeedle - for better visibility of the needle during punctures in the acoustic plane
- eSpacial Navi- for better visibility of the needle and for navigation support during punctures in the acoustic plane and at right angles to the acoustic plane
