The neoBLUe LED light therapy from Natus Medical is an innovative therapy lamp for the treatment of jaundice in newborns. neoBlue emits a highly intense, narrow-band blue light spectrum via blue light-emitting diodes (LEDs), which has shown the highest effectiveness in the reduction of bilirubin in clinical tests.

The light output of the neoBLUE can be easily adjusted by the user. The housing of the neoBLUE light can be aligned both horizontally and vertically and the area can be tilted over a wide range of angles. The neoBLUE device is characterized by a red target light, which makes it easier for the user to aim the light source at the desired area of the baby’s body. The neoBLUE device can lead to a rapid reduction of bilirubin concentration in newborns and thus to shorter treatment times due to its light source with maximum effectiveness in bilirubin reduction.
